The Bristol International Balloon Fiesta has been running for 35 years and is the largest balloon Fiesta in Europe and one of the largest outdoor events in the UK with over half a million visitors attending over the four day festival. Every morning and evening (weather permitting of course) there will be a tremendous mass ascent with up to 150 beautiful hot air balloons taking to the sky creating an awesome sight both from the basket and for those waving at you from below.

To keep you entertained whilst on the ground a full schedule of Arena Entertainment and many things of interest to suit all ages.

Also during the weekend usually on the Thursday and Saturday evenings there will be spectacular Night Glows and Fireworks. Approximately 30 tethered balloons illuminate the night sky, choreographed sequences are set to music. Finally ending with a magnificent firework display. A fantastic way to remember your weekend!!
