The 35th Bristol Balloon Fiesta will soon be upon us so don’t miss out as we are filling up fast! It runs from Thursday 8th August – Sunday 11th August 2013 and is an amazing spectacle for both hot air balloonists and spectators.
The 100 Club is an excellent way for businesses to use the Bristol Balloon Fiesta for marketing and corporate entertaining. On Wednesday 3rd July there is a dinner at Ashton Court Mansion House where the title sponsor will be drawn from the companies who have joined the 100 Club.
But you too can be part of a mass ascent of the hot air balloons by booking your balloon ride with us! Even the most seasoned balloon pilots are awed by the sight of up to 150 balloons taking to the skies above Bristol – it truly is a sight to behold and an experience that will always be remembered.
This year the Bristol Balloon Fiesta have also managed to secure The Red Arrows, the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team for the Friday 10th August at 3.00 pm. Their aerobatic flying displays are renowned world wide with 2013 being their 49th season. The Red Arrows displays at the Fiesta are well-loved by the residents of Bristol and tourists alike, as the display line seems so close to Bristol itself. The Bristol Balloon Fiesta is the best place to see them close up!
At Bailey Balloons, we really love the Bristol Balloon Fiesta and have been involved in it for over 20 years. Clive has been Chairman, as well as being the Flight Director for over 10 years and now is one of the key Directors working away in the background to ensure that half million Bristol visitors have an a wonderful time.
We have operated balloons for the Bristol Balloon Fiesta sponsors such as EDF (Formally SWEB), The Discovery Channel and the Harvey Nichols. We always have a stand at the Fiesta so that we can talk to people about hot air ballooning and what a balloon ride involves.
