1. How long is the voucher valid from?
The voucher is valid for a year from Christmas Day.
2. Can we easily book a date?
We have plenty of dates available which our on website. If you are unlucky with the weather, it is very easy to book another date and we have lots of availability. You can either book a flight date online or call our dedicated passenger line. Sometimes we can add more flights so if you don’t see what you looking for please call us!
3. When can we fly?
Our main ballooning season runs from March to October every year, although we can offer exclusive flights for two outside of these months.

5. Where do you fly from?
Our balloon flights over Bristol take off from the stunning venue of Ashton Court and gently drift over Bristol City and land in some of the beautiful country side surrounding Bristol.
Bath Balloon flights take of from near the centre of Bath in the historic and gorgeous setting of Royal Victoria Park and fly over the lovely towns and villages and wonderful scenery of Somerset.
Ballooning over South Wales launches from near Monmouth and Abergavenny and allows you to fly near some amazing castles and ancient historical sites and stunning landscapes.
