Bailey Balloons enjoyed our most successful year ever at this year’s Bristol Balloon Fiesta! Our balloons took to beautiful blue sunny skies as part of breath-taking mass ascents of over 100 balloons from Ashton Court. The weather was perfect and we were delighted to fly our passengers at all seven ascents over the Fiesta weekend, the first time in the event’s history.

BBC Breakfast at the Balloon Fiesta
Once again the lovely Carol Kirkwood from BBC Breakfast was with us for the Fiesta weekend. Carol presented the national weather in front of our balloons, and Clive and Jo even did live interviews broadcast on BBC breakfast.
Solar Balloon
This year’s Balloon Fiesta was the maiden flight of the Bristol European Green Capital 2015 Solar Balloon, the first ever passenger-certified solar aircraft. You might have seen the Solar Balloon on its maiden flight from Ashton Court on the 7th August, floating up alongside the ever-popular Stuart the Minion balloon – two of our favourites here at Bailey Balloons!
