1. The promoter is: Bailey Balloons Ltd (company no. 4859466) whose registered office is at 44 Ham Green, Bristol, BS20 0HA.
2. Employees of Bailey Balloons LTD or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. To enter our the competition, you must like a post on our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram page promoting the competition and comment the name of who you would take with you, you also have to like/follow our page.
4. Closing date for entry will be 12 noon on Friday 11th August 2017 and the winner will be contact by direct message.
5. Entrants must be 18 years or over
6. By entering the competition, you confirm that you have read and accepted our standard terms and conditions and do not know of any reason why you or your guest, cannot participate in a balloon flight including medical conditions and/or pregnancy. You are also confirming that you are available between 5pm and 10pm on Sunday 13th August and you will provide your own transport to and from the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta (parking not included)
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

In the event that the flight cannot take place on the day specified due to unsuitable weather conditions, or any other reason, you will be entitled to take a balloon flight with Bailey Balloons on another date up until 1st August 2018 from one of our launch sites in the South West. The voucher is not redeemable for cash or any other alternative.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. The winner will be notified by direct message on Friday 11th August, if a reply is not received within one hour, a new winner will be chosen.
14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and give Bailey Balloons LTD permission to use for marketing and/or any other purposes, the images supplied as your entry to the competition.
