To make sure your hot air balloon flight voucher arrives in time for Christmas, make a note of our delivery deadlines:
* 20th December for postal orders (Royal Mail First Class or pay extra for special delivery to arrive by 22nd December)
* 21st December (the last order deadline is 3pm on the 20th December) for our Christmas Balloon in a Box gift package. Wrapped with a big red bow this candy stripped box will be perfect for under the tree. Your ballooning experience begins as a helium balloon floats out to surprise the recipient attached to their red ribbon wrapped hot air balloon gift package.
* 24 hours a day, even on Christmas day our email vouchers package will be delivered.
Our team thought that you may want a short summary of what our balloon experience involves for when your loved one asks. The whole ballooning experience will be 3 to 4 hours and begins with you meeting our pilot and crew at your launch location for a safety briefing, we prepare the balloon for take-off (you can participate) followed by about an hour’s flight before we touch down to enjoy a chilled glass of champagne or orange juice. After the balloon is packed away and everyone’s enjoyed their champagne our ground crew drive you back to the launch location.
Your hot air balloon flight vouchers are valid for 12 months allowing you to enjoy a full flying season from April to October. Remember that ballooning is weather dependent, so we recommend that you book a date as early as possible, so you have time to reschedule after any potential weather cancellations. Flight dates are available to book in advance for April and May.
